How does invitation review work?+
Every applicant is reviewed by our membership team within 48 hours. We look at how often you visit Vegas, the type of experiences you book and whether we can genuinely add value before approving.
Can I cancel anytime?+
Yes. All tiers cancel anytime from your dashboard. There are no long-term contracts, no termination fees and you keep credits earned through the end of the billing cycle.
What's included in 'dedicated concierge'?+
Elite and Black Card members get a named concierge with direct phone, text and email. They learn your preferences (hotels, restaurants, seating, dietary needs) and pre-empt requests.
Are member rates better than what I'd negotiate myself?+
Yes. Our rates come from long-standing partner agreements with hotels, nightclubs, restaurants and transportation providers, often 15-40% under public pricing, with added perks.
What is the meet & greet program?+
Curated face-time with Strip residency performers, athletes, DJs and chefs. Subject to talent approval and availability. Black Card members get priority on every request.
How does the wine & champagne credit work?+
Black Card includes a monthly credit applied to bottle service, in-suite delivery or curated tastings. Unused credits roll one month, then expire.
Is my information private?+
Always. We never sell or share member data. All bookings, preferences and payment info are encrypted and accessible only to your assigned concierge team.
Can I gift a membership?+
Yes. Contact concierge to gift Insider or Elite tiers. Black Card is invitation-only and reviewed individually for the recipient.
