Food, Candy, Allergies & Dietary Responsibility

Customers are fully responsible for understanding and following their own and their recipients' healthcare and dietary guidelines when ordering food, chocolates, candy or other edible gifts through Vegas Venues concierge services. Consult a qualified healthcare professional when needed and disclose allergies, medical conditions and dietary restrictions to the actual food provider before ordering or consuming any item.

Vegas Venues does not provide medical advice and cannot guarantee ingredients, allergen absence, freedom from cross contact or suitability for any medical condition or dietary restriction. Preferences such as white chocolate or peanut butter fudge are requests, not assurances of dietary suitability. Customers must confirm ingredients, preparation and suitability directly with the provider.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Vegas Venues is not responsible for medical conditions, dietary restrictions or adverse reactions arising from customers' food or candy selections. This notice does not exclude duties, liability or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.

Restaurant Imagery & Genuine Reservations

Some restaurant images displayed on this website are promotional or digitally created illustrations of a dining experience, rather than photographs of the named restaurant. These visuals may not reflect the restaurant's actual interior, menu presentation, staff or guests.

The restaurants listed on Vegas Venues are real businesses, and our booking and reservation services are genuine. Promotional imagery does not change the nature of those services or imply a restaurant endorsement. All arrangements remain subject to availability, provider requirements and written confirmation from Vegas Venues; selecting a package or making a payment alone does not guarantee a confirmed restaurant reservation.

Venue Promotional Imagery

Some hotel, nightlife and golf listings use digitally created promotional illustrations inspired by the named venue's setting and character, rather than verified photographs of that property. Architecture, interiors, landscaping and views may differ from the actual venue. Existing licensed property photographs remain distinct from these illustrations.

Our Visual Content

Vegas Venues uses a combination of original, licensed, commissioned, stock, user submitted, creator generated, provider submitted, and AI generated or AI assisted visual content.

Images depicting people may be used with applicable permission, licenses, releases, or other lawful authorization. Certain images are illustrative and may not depict actual Vegas Venues employees, customers, vendors, locations, or events.

Where applicable, sponsored, paid, gifted, affiliate, or other material relationships involving creators or endorsers will be disclosed in accordance with applicable advertising requirements.

Vegas Venues does not represent that every image displayed on the website is a photograph of an actual Vegas Venues employee, customer, provider, or event unless expressly identified as such.

Licensed photograph acknowledgments

These named restaurant and property photographs are historical reference images, not guarantees of current menus, layouts, booked rooms or tables. Images may be resized and cropped for display. Cropped versions of ShareAlike photographs remain available under the same license. Other dining scenes remain illustrative.
