Vegas Venues coordinates requests, quotes, and reservations with independent venues and service providers on your behalf.

A request is not a confirmed booking until Vegas Venues confirms it in writing and any required payment has been received.

Provide accurate guest counts, dates, and contact information. All guests must meet venue age and ID requirements.

Follow venue dress codes, conduct rules, and Nevada law.

Reservations missed due to late flights, late arrivals, late check ins, no shows, late departures, or other customer delays are non refundable. Please allow sufficient travel and arrival time to reach your scheduled reservation.

Quotes for major holidays, major Las Vegas events, conventions and other peak demand dates may reflect a demand multiplier (typically 2x to 3x base pricing), shown on your quote. Confirmed, paid bookings keep their confirmed price. Fixed provider quotes are not multiplied.

Private Security, Private Drivers and Party Buses carry a $3,500 minimum booking value. Final quotes may be higher based on dates, duration, demand and provider.

Where a provider supports it, your reservation is held under "Vegas Venues" and the first and last name on your reservation. Provider specific check in instructions always take priority.

Changes after confirmation depend on provider availability and may change pricing.
