We do not represent that Vegas Venues owns an image unless ownership has been established. Every commercially used asset is tracked with its source and applicable permission or license.

Images of identifiable people are used only with applicable releases, licenses, or other lawful authorization. Copyright ownership of a photo does not by itself grant rights to a person's likeness.

Entirely AI generated fictional people do not require a model release but are labeled where they could be mistaken for real people.

Where a creator or endorser has a material connection with Vegas Venues (payment, free or discounted services, affiliate relationships, or other value), the relationship is disclosed clearly next to the content, for example Ad, Sponsored, or Paid partnership.

Vegas Venues does not publish fake reviews, fake testimonials, or fictional customer experiences.

All assets go through internal rights review before publication. Assets with expired or insufficient rights are removed from commercial use.
