Vegas Venues is a luxury concierge marketplace. We coordinate quotes, proposals, and bookings between clients and independent vendors.

Vegas Venues is not the provider of vendor services. Each vendor is an independent operator responsible for execution.

We screen and verify vendors but make no guarantee of outcomes beyond our published service commitments.

You must be 18+ and provide accurate information. You're responsible for activity under your account.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or harm other users.

Concierge service tiers, vendor subscriptions, and project fees are disclosed before purchase.

Quotes and proposals are binding only after explicit electronic acceptance.

No bypassing the platform to evade fees, no harassment, no misrepresentation, no scraping, no resale of vendor data.

Only upload or submit photos, videos, reviews, testimonials, or other content you have the rights and permissions to share, including permission from identifiable people shown.

By submitting content you represent that you have those permissions and that Vegas Venues' permitted use will not knowingly violate another person's rights.

You keep ownership of your content. You grant Vegas Venues a non exclusive, royalty free license to host, display, and use it to operate the platform and fulfill your request. Any marketing or advertising use of your content or likeness requires a separate written consent.

Creating an account is not acceptance of payment terms. Before any payment, you must actively agree to these Terms, the Privacy Policy, the Refund & Cancellation Policy, and the Booking & Concierge Terms.

Our use of imagery is governed by the Image & Content Rights Policy and the Image & Content Disclosure.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vegas Venues' aggregate liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the preceding 12 months.

Governing law: State of Nevada. Disputes resolved by binding arbitration in Clark County, Nevada, except small claims actions.
