Many Vegas Venues services (nightlife, casino floors, adult experiences, alcohol service, certain lounges and shows) are strictly 21+ under Nevada law. Government issued photo ID is required at check in.

All guests must be 21 or older to access adult experiences. Anyone under 21 is restricted to the family friendly catalog and may not be booked into 21+ services under any circumstance.

The name on the reservation must match the government issued ID presented at check in. If a different person will be checking in, they must be added to the reservation in advance. Day of name changes are not guaranteed and may be refused by the venue or vendor.

No refunds, credits, or rebookings are issued for failed age verification, false age representation, false or inaccurate booking information, name/ID mismatches, expired IDs, or refusal of entry by any third party venue or vendor based on identification. All sales for affected services are final.

Vegas Venues, its concierges, and its vendor partners reserve the right of refusal of service at any time without refund where identification, age, conduct, or booking information cannot be verified.

Vegas Venues offers optional AI assisted identity verification. When you upload a government issued ID and a live selfie, an automated computer vision model compares the two to confirm the person in the photo matches the ID on file. Results are advisory; final approval rests with a human reviewer and the on site venue.

Face ID / biometric login is also optional. If you enable it, your device's secure enclave (Apple Face ID, Android Biometric Prompt, WebAuthn) authenticates you locally. Vegas Venues never receives, stores, or transmits the raw biometric template, only a cryptographic assertion that the device verified you.

By using AI assisted ID match or Face ID login you explicitly consent to: (1) automated facial feature comparison strictly for identity verification and fraud prevention, (2) storage of the submitted ID image and selfie under our retention policy, and (3) review by authorized Vegas Venues staff. You may revoke consent and request deletion at any time at privacy@vegasvenues.com; revocation may limit access to age gated services.
