We never publicly disclose client names, photos, or event details without explicit written consent.
VIP, celebrity, and corporate clients can request enhanced privacy (codename projects, restricted vendor briefings, NDA only access).
Need-to-Know Disclosure
Vendors receive only the details needed to scope and execute their portion of the engagement.
Contact information is shared only after explicit client authorization.
Vendor NDAs
All Elite and VIP Concierge Approved™ vendors operate under standing NDAs. Custom NDAs are added per engagement on request.
Internal Access
Only assigned concierge staff and authorized administrators can view client files. Access is logged and audited.
