Encryption
Data in transit is encrypted using TLS 1.2+. Data at rest is encrypted using AES-256 by our infrastructure provider.
Access Controls
Role based access controls and row level security ensure each user, vendor, and admin sees only what they are authorized to see.
Multi factor authentication is available on all accounts and required for admin staff.
Audit & Monitoring
All sensitive actions are logged. Access logs and security events are monitored continuously.
Backups & Continuity
Daily encrypted backups with point in time recovery. Disaster recovery procedures are tested regularly.
Breach Notification
If a confirmed breach affects your data, we will notify you within 72 hours of confirmation, per applicable law.
Subprocessors
We use vetted infrastructure subprocessors (hosting, email, analytics) under written data processing agreements. List available on request.
